Craft by Karlsson at Bushcraftfestivalen Explore 2019

Craft by Karlsson is managed by Mr. Tobias Karlsson; the big bearded Bushcraft guy in Sweden. He offers courses in crafting as well as he is devoted to his work in the organisation Bushcraft Sverige as well as his commitment to the crew behind the Bushcraftfestivalen. Tobias has impressive wilderness skills and his curiosity when it comes to old craftsmanship is very inspiring.

In 2018 Tobias started as a student at the recognized crafting school Bäckedals Folkhögskola and today he is studying Prehistoric Forging at the school. At Explore 2019 you have the opportunity to meet Tobias Karlsson to learn more about his interesting projects. In Craft by Karlsson's booth at the Bushcraftfestivalen area Tobias among other things will show how he mounts wooden handles on hand forged knives. And as Tobias also is an Ambassador for Tormek sharpening systems; he'll also demonstrate how to sharpen knives on a machine.

Friday March 22nd, 14.00-14.30
Saturday March  23rd, 13.00-13.30
Sunday March 24th, 12.30-13.00
